You shudda been there! The Oct. 3 Riverside County Board of Supervisors meeting in Riverside was packed with people from the Pass area.

I heard one estimate of over 200 people from Beaumont and Cherry Valley and more. There wasn’t room in the Supervisors’ meeting to hold everyone.

Many watched on screens hanging on the walls outside the room. Everyone came to show opposition to the warehouse project.

As I sat there for over three hours, I felt such comradery as nearly 50 people spoke of their love for our community.

People spoke about the traffic, noise, and air quality problems a warehouse would bring. You can see the meeting itself at:

I thank God for our area and our people.
