Victoria Jeanne Henley

Victoria Jeanne Henley, born Sept. 17, 1940 as Victoria Jeanne Chavez in Alamosa, Colo.

Victoria passed away May 29, 2019 at Kaiser Medical Center in Fontana.

Victoria is survived by here husband of 57 years, James; two daughters, Lisa and Amber of the Northwest; three brothers, Nick of Washington, and Jeff and Peter of California.

Victoria’s K-12 schooling was in Los Angeles city school districts.

She graduated from Phineas Banning High School in Wilmington, Calif.

She attended Riverside City College and finished her cosmetology studies and state licensing and qualified for her associates degree.

She worked in Riverside and Cherry Valley as a beautician for 28 years and also served as a manager of a health club in Riverside.

She and her husband move from Riverside to Cherry Valley in 1984 and built their home.

She became active in the communities of Beaumont’s and Banning’s art associations for the past 34 years.

The memorial service will be at a later date.

Services will be held privately in Washington for family.

Ruben as a child was greatly loved by his mother, grandparents, uncles and aunts. He grew up in Banning and spent his childhood playing baseball and football.

Robert (Bob) Henry Nichol, Jr. was at home surrounded by his loving family when he was called to be with the Lord on Nov. 30, 2019. Robert was born on Jan. 19, 1930, in Brush, Colo., to Robert H. Nichol and Helen Perdida Nichol (nee; Cochran).
