Ricardo M. Gonzalez

Ricardo M. Gonzalez passed away May 25, 2019 at Loma Linda University Medical Center.

He was 75.

Ricardo was born March 29, 1944 in Mexicali, Mexico, and resided in Cabazon for more than 40 years.

He retired after serving as a gardener at Palm Springs Country Club.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Matilde Gonzalez; parents Trinidad and Maria Gonzalez; son Ricardo Gonzalez Jr.; and sisters Estela, Rosa, Margarita and Chuy Rivera.

Ricardo is survived by his wife Bictoria Brizuela of Cabazon; daughters Martha Gonzalez of Henderson, Nev., Maria-Richard Hernandez of Cabazon, Juana Gonzalez of Cabazon, Matilde Gonzalez Jr. of Cabazon; sons Ricardo-Courtney Gonzalez of Catherdral City and Rijido Gonzalez of Cabazon; sisters Morena Gonzalez of Mexicali, Mexico, Lola Gaytan of Brawley, Calif., and Lupe Gonzalez and Fidela Gonzalez of El Centro; and brothers Guillermo-Maria Gonzalez and Trinidad Gonzalez of Mexicali — as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held at Wiefels & Son, 50 E. Nicolet St. in Banning on May 30 from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. Rosary will be held May 30 at 7 p.m.

Services will be held Friday, May 31 at 10 a.m. at Our Blessed St. Kateri Tekakwitha Church, 157 W. Nicolet St. in Banning.
