Banning High School’s 2018 Commencement ceremony will take place at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 31 in the Banning High School Stadium.

There is no charge to attend the ceremony, but guests must present a ticket at the entrance.

Graduating seniors are allotted a number of tickets upon senior checkout on May 24.

Members of the general public wishing to attend must contact ASB Director Joanna Barnheiser to request tickets by emailing: or calling (951) 922-0285.

Gates open at 4:30 p.m. Additional parking is available at Nicolet Middle School. There will be a courtesy shuttle providing rides from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Family members using a wheelchair may be dropped off in the loading/unloading zone in front of the stadium. There are wheelchair acccesible ramps into the stadium.

Minimize all conversation during the ceremony. Turn off all cell phones and resist the urge to text during the ceremony.

Remain in your seat until the last student receives their diploma.

Keep children ages 1 to 3 closely monitored and supervised at all times.

Do not bring coolers or ice chests. No inappropriate hand held signs, banners or propaganda will be allowed. There also will be no noise makers nor beach balls.
