Wedding of Colleen Wallace and Rudolph McFrasier

Colleen Wallace and Rudolph McFrazier, were married Feb. 10 at Mission Church of God in Christ in Banning by their Pastor, Elder Eric Biggers.

Wallace is the daughter of Sella Clinton-Wallace and Henry Wallace.

She is a Banning native, retired childcare worker and currently sits on the Banning City Council.

McFrazier is the son of Alma and Doll McFrazier; is a Vietnam veteran, and resides in Banning.
